Box 193 Seabrook, NH 03874 Dear Mr. Buthmann : This letter concerns the Historical Society House which was moved from 11 Marbleridge Road to 125 Court St. in North Andover MA. The foundations have been in place for some time, and the house has been satisfactorily placed on these new foundation walls . I inspected the project on October 12 , and found that all interior beams, columns , and interior foundations , have been installed properly in the basement area . In addition, the exterior walls of the house have now all been supported and anchored to the concrete exterior foundation walls. The various house sections have been properly attached to each other at all levels to make a continuous unit. All work has been completed in accordance with th-e Massachusetts Building Code, as shown on our plans.
