Murphy who requested a variance from the requirements of Section 7, Paragraph 3 and Table 2 of the Zoning By- Laws so as to permit relief from violation of side setback require= ments , approximately .4 feet on easterly side yard. It would be a_ tremendous hardship to move the house or to shift the lot line creating an unsightly jog between this lot and the property next door.
