Long : The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Monday evening , 9 , May 11 , 1981 upon the application of Josephine M . Polizzotti . The hearing was duly advertised in the Lawrence Eagle Tribune on April 25 and -May 2 , 1981 , and:-. all abutters were notified by regular mail . The following Board members were present and voting : Frank Serio , Jr. , Chairman ; Alfred E . Frizelle , Esq . , Vice -Chairman ; , William J . Sullivan ; Augustine W . Nickerson ; and Raymond A . Vivenzio , Esq . The petitioner seeks a variance of Section 7 , Paragraphs 7 . 1 , 7 .2 , 7 . 3 , and Table 2 of the Zoning By-Law to permit the division of — land into two lots having less than the required frontage , area , and yard set-backs on the premises located at the East side of Pleasant Street and known as 132 Pleasant Street . The petitioner introduced evidence related to the petition . The Board , upon a motion made by Mr . Sullivan and seconded by Mr . Nickerson , voted unanimously to grant the variance , subject to the following conditions : 1 . That only a single family dwelling be constructed on Lot B . 2 . That the existing barn on Lot B be razed prior to a building permit being issued for the construction of the new single family dwelling .
