Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the
Senior Citizen's Center located at the rear of Town Hall Building, 120 Main
Street, North Andover on Tuesday the 9th day of January 1996 at 7:30 o'clock
P.M. to all parties interested in the appeal of Ruth B. Pickard requesting
Variances pursuant to Section 7, paragraph 7.1, 7.2 and Table 2 of the Zoning
Bylaw.

Upon a motion by John Pallone and seconded by Ellen McIntyre the Board voted unanimously to
Grant relief of 40 320 s uare feet of lot dimensional area from rom the requirement ement o

and relief --f 24.90 feet of street frontage from the required 175 feet.
Voting in favor; Raymond Vivenzio,John Pallone, Joseph Faris and Ellen McIntyre.

Zoning Bylaw and that the granting of these variances will not adversely affect the neighborhood or
