The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr. , Chairman, William Sullivan, Vice-chairman, Walter Soule, Clerk and John Pallone. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on April 21 and 28, 1993 and all abutters were noti-4ied by regular mail. Upon a motion by Mr. Sullivan and seconded by Mr. Pallone, the Board voted to allow the petitioner to WITHDRAW WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The vote was unanimous. Dated this 19th day of May 1993 .
