North Andover, MA 01845 Petition #023-93
The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Tuesday, May 11,
1993 upon the application of Robert and Deborah Feltovic
requesting a variation of Section 7, Paragraph 7. 3 and Table 2 of
the Zoning Bylaw so as to permit relief of four feet for the side
yard setback in order to construct an addition to include a
garage on the premises located at 134 Olympic Lane. The
following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr. ,
Chairman, William Sullivan, Vice-chairman, Walter Soule, Clerk
and John Pallone.
The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on April
21 and 28, 1993 and all abutters were noti-4ied by regular mail.
Upon a motion by Mr. Sullivan and seconded by Mr. Pallone, the
Board voted to allow the petitioner to WITHDRAW WITHOUT
PREJUDICE. The vote was unanimous.

Re: Your Proposed Zoning Variance
Dear Bob:
This letter is to inform you that the drawings which you sub-
mitted to the North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals are based on
grossly inaccurate measurements. You will see from the enclosed
plan which we had prepared by a professional land surveyor that our
property extends by 30 . 9 feet from our foundation to the beginning
of your property (Lot #18 ) . Your plans are premised on this measure-
ment being only 25 feet, nearly 6 feet less than what it actually is .
Thus, we view the variance you seek as a serious encroachment on
our rights as property owners.
Lastly, since you have now raised the issue of the boundary
between our lots , I ask that you move your chain link fence onto
your property by 5. 9 feet.
Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

Every application for action by the Board shall be made on a form
approved by the Board. These forms shall be furnished by the
Clerk upon request. Any communication purporting to be an
application shall be treated as mere notice of intention to seek
relief until such time as it is made on the official application
form. All information called for by the form shall be furnished
by the applicant in the manner therein prescribed.
Every application shall be submitted with a list of "Parties of
Interest" which list shall include the petitioner, abutters,
owners of land directly opposite on any public or private street
or way, and abutters to the abutters within three hundred feet
(3001 ) of the property line of the petitioner as they appear on
the most recent applicable tax list, notwithstanding that the
land of any such owner is located in another city or town, the
Planning Board of the city or town, and the Planning Board of
every abutting city or town.
*Every application shall be submitted with an application charge
cost in the amount of $25. 00. In addition, the petitioner shall
be responsible for any and all costs involved in bringing the
petition before the Board. Such costs shall include mailing and
publication, but are not necessarily limited to these.
Every application shall be submitted with a plan of land approved
by the Board. No petition will be brought before the Board
