Voting in the negative Allan Cuscia 4-1 The Board finds that this use, as developed by the building and site plans, will not adversely affect the neighborhood. There will be no nuisance or serious hazard to vehicles or pedestrians since there is provision for the required off-street parking. Adequate and appropriate facilities are provided to the existing residential dwelling and will be provided for the proper continued operation of a Family Suite. The Board finds that the Family Suite will not be substantially more detrimental than the existing single- family dwelling and that this use, to allow a Family Suite to the single family dwelling, is in harmony with the general purpose and intent of this Bylaw.
