Dear Mr. Brown,
I wanted to bring to your attention the house located at 143 Pleasant Street. My self and the other property owners near by, are concerned with the
condition of the house and yard. The lawn and bushes are grossly over grown and neglected. There is a junk car parked in the high grass on the
right side of the property. Because of the over grown grass, there are wild animals such as fox, skunks, and wood chucks living there. Many of the
neighbors living near by, including myself are reluctant to walk our dogs by this house because of the fox and skunks living in the tall grass. Not only
is this property a blight on our homes and neighborhood, but it's a safety hazard because of the animals mentioned above. This property owner
who lives in another town has allowed this house to become an eyesore. We all take great pride in our homes and yards around here. Keeping up
with the maintenance of our homes is a basic necessity.
I trust that you will look into this for the sake of all of us responsible homeowners who live near by. Thank you in advance for addressing this.
