The following members were present and voting: Mr. William Sullivan, Vice-Chairman, Walter Soule, Clerk, Anna O'Connor and John Pallone. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on August s 18 and September 4, 1991 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. j . . However, it appears that an ejector pump will be required inside the dwelling to accommodate the plumbing for the accessory unit. This will require written approval by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (310 CMR 15. 06 (18) ) . Chief, Ground Water Regulation Section The Department may consider a proposal for the use of a pump toofdischarge the total sanitary sewage to a septic tank provided thonly portion sewage flow to the septic tank is pumped and that the pump used for such pumping is of a low volume capacity.
