The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Tuesday, September
10, 1991 upon the application of John and Paula Cammarata
requesting a Special Permit under Section 4 . 121, Paragraph 17 and
Section 2, Paragraph 2 .1 and 2 .37.1 of the Zoning Bylaw so as to
allow a family member an in-law apartment located at 15 English
i Circle. The following members were present and voting:
Mr. William Sullivan, Vice-Chairman, Walter Soule, Clerk, Anna
O'Connor and John Pallone.
The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on August
s 18 and September 4, 1991 and all abutters were notified by
regular mail.
j . . Upon motion by Mrs. O'Connor and second by Mr. Pallone, the Board
voted, unanimously, to GRANT the Special Permit as requested,
F subject to the following conditions:
1. the premises be occupied by Rita and Frank Magliochetti
' 2 . the Special Permit shall expire at the time that Rita
and Frank Magliochetti cease to occupy the family
suite;
3 . the Special Permit shall expire at the time the
premises are conveyed to any person, partnership,
trust, corporation or other entity;
4. the applicant by acceptance of the Certificate of
Occupancy issued pursuant to the Special Permit, grants
the Building Inspector or his lawful designee the right
to inspect the premises annually.

TO: Zoning Board of Appeals

RE: Application for Special Permit
15 English Circle - Lot #3
DATE: August 13, 1991
The Board of Health has no objection to issuance of the
above mentioned Special Permit. However, it appears that an
ejector pump will be required inside the dwelling to accommodate
the plumbing for the accessory unit. This will require written
approval by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental
Protection (310 CMR 15. 06 (18) ) .
The Board of Health is willing to provide a favorable
recommendation on this special permit, contingent upon compliance
with the above mentioned regulation.

The Department may consider a proposal

sanitary sewage to a septic tank provided thonly portion
sewage flow to the septic tank is pumped and that the pump used for such pumping
is of a low volume capacity.
Written approval of the Department is required (310 CMR 15.06(]8)) .

a maturer as to prevent damage to the tank.
(16) Cleaning. Septic tanks should be Inspected and cleaned at least

(1) C-aneral. A dcsing tank shall be provided for Leaching Chamber
