The aforementioned parcel is located in the R1 Residential Zoning District as well as being located in the Water Protection District.As we discussed operation of an open lot salvage business in a R1 Zoning District is not an allowed use,as stated in the Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws,Section 4.121, Part F,which states"The building or premises occupied shall not be rendered objectionable or O detrimental to the residential character of the neighborhood due to the exterior appearance." Based on our conversation you agreed to have the salvage materials removed from the lot located at 1531 Great Pond Road within thirty(30)days. I appreciate your stated cooperation and am hopeful th removal is performed in a timely manner,though failure to do so may result in a fine of$300.00 as stated in the Town of North Andover bylaws,Section 10.13.Also stated in Section 10.13 is"Each day that such violation continues shall be considered a separate offense."
