The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on February 20 and February 27 , 1986 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. The following members were present and voting: William Sullivan, Acting Chairman , Augustine Nick- erson, Clerk, Walter Soule , Raymond Vivenzio and Anna O 'Connor. The petitioner seeks a variance from the provisions of Section 7 , Para- graph 7. 3 and Table 2 so as to permit relief from side setback which is to close to lot line. Motion made by Mr. Vivenzio and seconded by Ms . O 'Connor to GRANT the variance with the condition that the shed be moved in order to comply with the Zoning By Laws . The petitioner seeks to obtain a fixed rate mortgage on the house and this cannot be attained unless a variance is obtained on the side set- back.
