Based on my review of the Bus Stop and Parking Lot inquiry I have determined the following: 1. Section 17.1 of the Osgood Smart Growth Overlay District(OSGOD)of the Zoning Bylaw states in part: "a distinctive and attractive site development program that promotes compact design, preservation of open space, and a variety of transportation options." 2. Under Section 17.6.2•—Mixed Use Development Zone, 17.6.2.2 As-Of-Right Uses, Provision 13,states"Public Building or use." 3. Under Section 17.6.3—Business Opportunity Zone, 17.6.3.2 As-Of-Right Uses, Provision 9, states"Public Building or use." 4.
