As I recall from speaking with you and with Mike Howard and after my search in the office for any Conservation files. It appears that no Conservation filing ever existed. This is because the delineated wetland shown on the Septic Plan in the Board of Health file was greater than 1 00'from the associated work at that time. The wetlands will have to be redelineated for the new filing. Norse Environmental Services delineated the wetland on this Septic Plan and Merrimack Engineering prepared the plan. I have copied Mike Howard so there is no further confusion as to a conservation report. As far as I remember in my previous searches relevant to the site, I found nothing. If you need further assistance in this regard, please let me know. However, I will not be able to return your call or follow-up e-mail until early next week. Thank you in advance for your patience. We would like to file a notice of intent with the Conservation Dept to extend our driveway to the rear of the building (commercial building) and the proposed driveway comes within 100 feet of wetlands. I have spoken to Mike Howard of EPSLON Assoc and he said if I already had a wetland delineation report it would save time and money.
