Dear Peter,
Following our telephone conversation yesterday, I am writing as follows.
On August 23, 20101 visited the property at the above location and observed, that the two residential
units; which were constructed within the existing barn, some time in 1985 comply with the building code
as it was prevalent at that time.

Dear Mr. Brown:
Per your request, this letter shall serve as my Affidavit regarding my occupancy of
apartments located in the former stables at Grey Rock Condominiums. These statements are
made under oath.
I have lived in the said apartments continuously for almost 20 years. 1 first moved into
the 2"d floor apartment in or about 1991 and lived there for 4 years. I then moved in the first
floor apartment and have lived there ever since. At all times that I lived there both apartments
have been occupied. When I first moved into the apartments, I was also aware that they had
been previously occupied. The apartments are completely finished and to the best of my
knowledge were built in accordance with applicable building codes. This has since been
confirmed by Rainer Koch, registered architect. A copy of his letter is attached hereto.
If you require any additional information, please let me know.

Dear Mr. Brown:
As you know I represent John DeAngelis, the owner of Unit 2 at Grey Rock
Condominiums in North Andover. Per your request, I understand that Mr. DeAngelis' tenant,
Beverly Anderson has sent you a letter confirming that she has been living in the apartments in
the converted stables for almost 20 years. I also understand that the Condominium Association
would appreciate if you would inspect these apartments at your earliest convenience.
Please let me know when you will be available to do this inspection. Thank you for your
attention to this matter, if you should have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact
me.
