Investigation of the premises indicates that the Non -Compliant, Non -Permitted LD. Sign has not been removed, nor has the North Andover Board of Appeals (ZBA) been petitioned for relief under Section 10.4 of the Zoning By- law. In addition the non-compliant diesel price sign and the pole sign have not been removed These signs must be removed immediately upon receipt of this notification. Pursuant to Section 10.13 — PENALTY for VIOLATION— "Whoever continues to violate the provisions of this By-law after written notice from the Building Inspector demanding abatement of a zoning violation within a reasonable time, shall be subject to a fine of three hundred dollars ($300.00).
