Dear Mrs. Nelson,
As a result of problems that developed today relative to obtaining sewer
service for my lot on 1789 Great Pond Road, I am requesting that you
withdraw my applications for a special permit under Section 4.133,
Paragraph 3d and a variance from Section 4.133, Paragraph 3c of the
zoning by-law.
I will re -submit the application after these problems are resolved. Thank
you for your attention on the matter.
