SOUTHERLY: By the Northerly line of Water Street forty-two (42) feet;
WESTERLY One hundred twenty (120) feet by part of Lot #77 on said plan and
belonging now or formerly to one Jampens;
NORTHERLY: Forty -Two (42) feet by land now or formerly of one Aubin, et ux; and
EASTERLY : One hundred twenty (120) feet by land now or formerly of said Aubin.
This conveyance is made subject to and with the benefit of a right of way more
particularly described in a deed from Ovide Aubin, et ux to Donald J. Roberts,et tF
