RE: Selective removal of 4 trees located within the Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated
Wetland and/or the Watershed Protection District.
This is a follow up letter pertaining to your request to remove four (4) trees which are in close
proximity to your home at 187 South Bradford Street. Two of the trees are within the Buffer
Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland (BVW) but are outside of the 25' No -Disturbance Zone,
one being a large oak (Quercus sp.) which is damaged and leans over the roof and the second
being a small tree which leans towards the deck. The entire property is within the Watershed
Protection District which is overseen by the Planning Board. The acting Town Planner has
approved the removal of the four trees. The trees were marked with duct tape by Andrew
Lascher and identified and reviewed during a site visit by the Conservation Department on
March 31, 2015. The trees which are permitted to be removed are identified in the attached
photos.

❖ All tree limbs, brush, and other debris materials shall be taken off site and disposed of
