Re: Hearings — June 8, 1981 Gentlemen: June 8, 1981 I have the following comments to make on petitions before your Board: 1. Swore Marchese: r. Marchese was refused a building rent because age would be closer to the lot line than is required by the Zoning By—Law. 2. John McGarry: Mr. McGarry was refused a building permit because the proposed garage would be closer to the lot line than the required setback. 3.
