The following members were present and voting: William Sullivan,Raymond Vivenzio, John Pallone, Robert Ford & Ellen McIntyre The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on 2/21/96.and 2/28/96 and all abutters were notified my regular mail. Upon a motion by John Pallone, seconded by Ellen McIntyre, the Board voted to GRANT relief from square foot area requirement in R-4 District of 12,500 to 5,880'in order to build a second residential dwelling with the cunditon that boli dwellings remain single family dwellings. Voting members in favor of the petition were: Walter Soule, Raymond Vivenzio,John Pallone, Robert Ford & Ellen McIntyre. Opposed was William Sullivan.
