Landlord's name is Kurt Sandman,and he lives in Woburn. No phone number provided. Tenant was waiting for landlord to show up at time of his call to Health
Dept. Also,there is a hole in his kitchen ceiling,which exposes wires and pipes.
Caller was told that Health Inspector was already out on inspections,and would call him on Monday,April 2nd to follow-up on complaint.--p.d.
