Greeley Petition #140-88 192 Stonecleave Road North Andover, MA 01845 DECISION The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on June 14, 1988 on the application of John E. & Susan L. Greeley requesting a variance from the requirements of Section 7, Paragraph 7.3 and Table 2 of the Zoning ByLaw so as to permit an addition to existing dwelling of sunroom and bedroom on the premises located at 192 Stonecleave Road. The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr. , Chairman, Augustine Nickerson, Clerk, William Sullivan, Walter Soule and Lou Rissin. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on May 26 and June 2, 1988 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion made by Mr. Sullivan and seconded by Mr. Nickerson, the Board VOTED, unanimously, to GRANT the variance as requested. The Board finds that the petitioner has satisfied the provisions of Section 10, Paragraph 10.4 of the Zoning ByLaw and the granting of this variance in particular will not derogate from the intent and purpose of the ByLaw nor will it adversely affect the neighborhood.
