The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on the May 9, 1989 upon the application
of John & Susan Greeley requesting a variance from the requirements of Seciton 7,
Paragraph 7.3 and Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaw so as to permit relief of side set-
back for addition to dwelling on the premises located at 192 Stonecleave Road.
The following members were present and voting: William Sullivan, Acting Chairman,
Augustine Nickerson, Clerk, Walter Soule, Raymond Vivenzio and Louis Rissin.
.The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on April 13 and April 20,
1989 and all abutters were notified by regular mail.
Upon a motion made by Mr. Vivenzio and seconded by Mr. Nickerson, the Board voted,
unanimously, to GRANT the variance as requested.
The Board finds that granting this variance will not adversely affect the neigh-
borhood nor derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning Bylaw.
Dated this 11th day of May, 1989.
