The Police Department will assign two officers to be present for the afternoon and the Fire Department will also have personnel on site for the event. This approval is conditional as to obtaining the appropriate permits from the Board of Health and the Building Department Please be sure the area is cleaned of debris after the event. Please contact Tina Klein at 978-686-7056 or at recycIe@townofnorthandover.coin to develop and implement a plan for recycling at the event. We recommend favorably. The North Andover Police Dept. will provide police barricades for the road blockage during the time frame. Officers assigned to our community policing initiatives will be present with the bike officers. It appears to be a well planned event and we will meet with church officials beforehand.
