You are responsible for adhering to the conditions set forth in the Zoning decision and record at the Registry of Deeds. You were sent a letter in 1996 stating that the evergreens had been removed and you were advised to replace the s shrubs. It has come to our attention that the evergreens are not present at this time. You are advised to comply with the Boards decision. Dear Sir: At its regular monthly meeting on Novmeber 10, 1980, the Board of Appeals voted unanimously to amend condition , f on the above petition to read as follows: ` An evergreen screen of a minimum height of two (2) feet when planted which will grow to at least six (6) feet, and planted so as to provide a solid barrier along the perimeter of the property located in the R-4 zone, starting at the corner of Marblehead and Williams Streets and proceeding to the Northwest corner for eight (8) parking spaces as indicated on the plan.
