Re: Zoning Board Conditions
Dear Mr. Randone:
Please be advised that records of the Zoning Board of Appeals decision dated November 10, 1980 indicates the
following as a condition of approval:
An evergreen screen of a minimum height of two(2)feet when planted which will grow to at least six(6)
(
feet,and planted so as to provide a solid barrier along the perimeter of the property located in the
R-4 zone,starting at the corner of Marblehead and Williams Streets and proceeding to the Northwest corner
for eight(8)parking spaces as indicted on the plan".
You are responsible for adhering to the conditions set forth in the Zoning decision and record at the Registry of
Deeds. You were sent a letter in 1996 stating that the evergreens had been removed and you were advised to replace the s
shrubs. It has come to our attention that the evergreens are not present at this time. You are advised to comply with the
Boards decision.

At its regular monthly meeting on Novmeber 10, 1980, the Board of Appeals
voted unanimously to amend condition , f on the above petition to read as
follows:
` An evergreen screen of a minimum height of two (2) feet when planted which
will grow to at least six (6) feet, and planted so as to provide a solid
barrier along the perimeter of the property located in the R-4 zone, starting
at the corner of Marblehead and Williams Streets and proceeding to the
