Referring to the above petition for a PRD and Special Permit & for approval of a
Definitive Subdivision known as Juniper Woods, from the requirements of the North
Andover Zoning Bylaw, M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 9 & 11 & Section 8.5 PRD,
Section 10.3 Special Permit and in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 41, Section 81-0 &
81-T, 81-U.
So as to allow the construction of 8 single-family homes clustered in a small village..with
over 35% of the site protected as permanent open space within the R-2 Zoning District.
At a public hearing given on June 26, 2007 the Planning Board voted to allow the
petitioner to WITHDRAW WITHOUT PREJUDICE as per the petitioners written
request submitted on June 26, 2007. Upon a motion made by John Simons and 2nd by
Richard Rowen to approve the request for a withdrawal without prejudice for 2009 Salem
Street, PRD & Special Permit & Definitive Subdivision, vote was unanimous 3-0.
Jennifer Kusek abstained from voting.

In accordance with the prdvisions of M.G.L., Chapter 40A, Section 9 & 11 & Section 8.5
PRD, Section 10.3 Special Permit of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw and in
accordance with M,.G.L. Chapter 41, Sections 81-0 and 81-T, 81-U, the North Andover
Planning Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing:
Application for a Planned Residential Development and Special
Permit and for approval of the development of a Definitive
Subdivision known as Juniper Woods consisting of eight new
traditionally designed single family homes clustered in a small
village with over 35% of the site protected as permanent open
space located within the R-2 zoning district.
