Legal notices were sent to all the certified abutters provided by the Town of North Andover, Assessors Office, and were published in the Eagle -Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of North Andover, on May 4, 2010 & May 11, 2010. The following voting members were present: Albert P. Manzi, Ellen P. McIntyre, Richard J. Byers, and Richard M. Vaillancourt. Voting in favor were Albert P. Manzi, Ellen P. McIntyre, Richard J. Byers, and Richard M. Vaillancourt, and Daniel S Braese. The motion was unanimously approved. The Board finds that this use, as developed by the building and site plans, will not adversely affect the neighborhood. There will be no nuisance or serious hazard to vehicles or pedestrians since there is provision for the required off-street parking. Adequate and appropriate facilities are provided to the existing residential dwelling and will be provided for the proper operation of a Family Suite. These are shown on Plans prepared by Steve Foster dated 6/5/10 and certified by me 6-15-10. At the time of this visit the following items need to be completed. The LVL beam at the Family Room was not installed. Angles shown on the rear elevation at te post and the top post to beam connector need to be installed. The LVL members need to be connected together per the detail shown on the plans. Provided the above work is properly completed, based on the above site visit and based on what I could visibly we I can certify that to the best of my knowledge the LVL Beam members utilized in the framing as shown on the drawings are installed properly and meet the loading conditions of the Massachusetts State Building Code for 1&.2 Family Residences. With the following This certification assumes that all other framing requirements of the drawings and code, including but not limited to materials and nailing schedules, were properly complied with by the licensed construction supervisor responsible for the project. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to call. Yours truly, iwZe R Ogden P.E.
