Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Senior
Center, 120R Main St., North Andover, MA on Tuesday the 11t` day of January, 2000 at
7:30PM to all parties interested in the appeal of James C. Burke, 220 Abbott St., North
Andover, for premises at: 206-208 Main Street, North Andover. Petitioner is requesting a
Variance from the requirements of Section 7, Paragraph 7.3 of Table 2, for a side setback.
Petitioner is requesting a Special Permit from Section 9, Paragraph 9.2 to re -construct a
barn on a pre-existing non -conforming lot.
Said premises affected is land with frontage on the South side of Main Street which is in
the R4 Zoning District.
Plans are available for review at the office of the Building Dept., 27 Charles Street, North
Andover, MA Monday through Thursday from the hours of 9:OOAM to LOOPM. ,

The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting on Tuesday evening, January 11. 2000, at 7:30 PM upon the
application of James C. Burke. 220 Abbott Street. North Andover. MA for premises at: 206-208 Main
Street, North Andover, MA. Petitioner is requesting a variance from the requirements of Section 7,
paragraph 7.3 for a side setback and for a Special Permit from Section 9, paragraph 9.2 in order to
reconstruct a barn on a pre-existing, non -conforming lot.
The following members were present: Walter F. Soule. George Earley. Ellen McIntyre, Scott Karpinski.
Upon a motion made by Scott Karpinski and seconded by George Earley, the Board voted to allow the
petitioner to withdraw without prejudice. Voting in favor of the withdrawal: Walter F. Soule, George
Earlev, Ellen McInt-vTe. Scott Karpinski.

This conveyance is made subject to a mortgage to the Essex Broadway
Savings Bank. dated May 31, 1956, in the principal amount of $6,400.

subject to any restrictions of record insofar as in force an applicable.
Said Monica M. Burke died in said North Andover on October 23 , 1971•
there being no probate of her estate.
