Grandmaison Lot 3, Easy Street The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Monday evening, March 14, 1983 upon the application of Eleanor D. Grandmaison. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on Feb- ruary 24 and March 3, 1983 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. The following.members were present and voting: Alfred E. Frizelle, Esq., Vice Chairman, Richard J. Trepanier, Esq., Clerk; William J. Sullivan; Walter F. Soule; and Maurice Foulds . The petitioner seeks a Special Permit under Section 4.121, Para- graph 16 of the Zoning By.Law to permit the construction of a new dwelling with an.attached family.suite on premises located on the South side of.
