Foster 48 Meadow Lane North Andover, MA 01845 David & Karen Perry 21 Parker Street North Andover, MA 01845 Zba Application (p4 of 4) Article 9 Suggested response to each point: A. Proposed use of Structure is expansion of existing single-family residence. Specifically, to add a 3`d bedroom & family room. B. Proposed addition is constrained by the configuration & reduced size of corner lot. Due to the fact, that a corner lot has a set back of 20' instead of 15'. This is considered the second front. C. Proposed addition provides for affordable expansion of existing dwelling as needed for growing family. Currently, we are a family of 4 with 2 bedrooms. In the near future, we would like to expand our family and would need additional living space. Due to the financial constraints, adding on is less expensive then purchasing a new home in the area. D. The architectural features and scale of proposed addition will be supported and consistent with the surrounding neighborhood. E. Proposed front setback relief of (2') which is a minimal encroachments to that required by zoning ordinance. F.
