Royal Crest Estates hired Air Duct Services, BMCA, a mold remediation company to fulfill the order stated above. On October 8, Air Duct faxed to the Board of Health a Scope. of Work, Mold Remediation Plan, Waste Disposal and Clarification Specifications and began work. Upon the completion of work, we installed new carpet throughout Mr. McGarvey's home and have been in communication with him to make sure he is satisfied with the completion of this order. Debris will be wrapped in poly or double bagged, properly sealed and wiped down with fmMocide prior to removal to the roll -off dumpsters. Following completion of work, contaminated debris will be transported and disposed of as "Sanitary Waste" to a Municipal Solid Waste landfill.
