Complaints of sewage flowing into the detention pond near, the entrance of and connected to the drainage system of Spring c Hill Rd .- Previous water samples revealed 0 coliform bacteria in test and since the wet spots are not near the leach areas of lot band 7 we have every reason to believe it is water that is flowing out of a stump . dump which has further been contaminated by rustfromiron bearing minerals buried here . Mr. Philbin and I agreed that to alleviate the unpleasant conditions which exist. out here , the stumps and other inappropiate mate.rials, must be removed and suitable soil used to refill 'andreloam the surrounding area. .
