Every time it rains,her closet and bedroom get flooded with an inch or two of water. There is mold in her closet. Ms.Penney told the landlord about a month ago that she is concerned about mold,as she has some physical symptoms of mold exposure,and would like the apartment tested. He checked for mold,and found that it ran all the way into the kitchen. He now told her that he is not paying for mold testing,and she has 30 days to get out.
