To: North Andover Conservation Commission
From: Mark C. West, Acting Conservation Agent
West Environmental, Inc.
RE: 22 Raleigh Tavern Lane, North Andover
Site Inspection Report
On March 19, 2008, Mark West met onsite with Priya Ravindran at her residence on 22
Raleigh Tavern Lane to discuss tree cutting activities behind her house. A tree has
recently fallen and she wanted to know what was allowed under the North Andover
Conservation Commission Wetland Bylaws (see Chapter 178 of
http://www.townofnorthandover.com/Pages/NAndoverMA WebDocs/TownB l�pd..
She was informed that she could cut the tree up because it is outside of the 25' no
disturbance zone. She asked if other trees could be cut and was informed that she should
seek the advice of an arborist. She was informed that the trees in her yard could be cut
but she should leave the stumps.
