Dear Sirs ,
We have inspected the property at 20-22 Ashland Street
and found that it is in compliance with Title 2 of the State
Sanitary Code with the following exceptions .
1 . Railings must be installed on front steps .
2 . Trash and old appliances must be removed from the
cellar.
3.Areas of the cellar floor that were excavated should
be filled in.
0
There. is no Asbestes present at this property and it
appears that there is= no lead paint hazzard because the building
M
was recently gutted and the interior reconstructed. The exterior
of the building has new siding and trim has 'been painted with
lead free paint. This inspection did not include any test for
Lead paint .
