Complaint: Received a call from Lindsay Halloran-603-818-0157-regarding mold in her bathroom. Her brother,Frederick,called earlier for the same issues. He lives on the
first floor with his girlfriend,and Lindsay lives on the 2nd floor with her boyfriend.
Lindsay had contacted the landlord,and nothing has been done over the past 6 weeks. Lindsay has been a tenant here since Feb. 17,2012. She is experiencing
physical ailments she believes are related to mold spores from the chronic dampness.

Description:2nd Floor Tenant
Complaint: Received a call from Frederick Halloran,tenant at 226 Main Street for the last 6 months. There is mold in the bathroom behind the the the that fell off from the wall
one to excess moisture. From where it fell off,it appears as if the mold is at least 3 feet up the wall.
Upon discussion with the caller,it became apparent that the moisture is coming up through the basement. I asked if the dryer was vented to the outside,and he said
no,which could be a source of the dampness through the bottom of the bathroom floor. There is a washer and a dryer in the basement(coin operated).
Tenant has been back and forth with landlord,but landlord is not addressing the moisture and resulting mold issue.
