That the Decisions filed by the Zoning Board of Appeals, Town of North o Andover dated March 11, 1993, under Petition No. 004-93 and Petition No. 011- Z 93, be hereby modified to the extent that the Defendant Amy Cameron/Callini may mbe forthwith permitted to continue construction on the existing footprint of her proposed addition on the premises at 23 Perry Street, North Andover, Massachusetts provided that said footprint and any structure above same be reduced and cut back so that said addition on the southerly side thereof will project no further than the finished surface on the southerly side of the Plaintiff's present dwelling, exclusive of Plaintiffs' present front porch. 2. The said Amy Cameron/Callini shall have the right to resubmit her building plans to the Town to follow any such modification as outlined in No. 1, and the said Amy Cameron/Callini shall follow due state and municipal building codes and regulations with regard to the preparation and submission of said new plans and the proper seals thereon. 3. Defendant Town of North Andover agrees to promptly and fairly act upon all such new plans, to follow applicable codes and statutes and bearing in mind the modification of the zoning variances as expressed in No. 1 above.
