Board of Health Date: 10/21/96 Time: 19:51:57 Page 1 of 1 To: Sandy Starr From: Gayton Osgood Re: 232 Massachusetts Avenue Date: October 21, 1996 At about 5:30 PM I was called by the Fire Department to 232 Massachusetts Avenue. This house is owned ana occupied by Mrs. Priscilla Bisson. The cellar was flooded with about three feet of water and the fuel oil tank had started to float and the outlet pipe was broken spilling the contents of the tank into the cellar. The Fire Department had turned off the electricity to the building. Mrs. Bisson had moved in with relatives and her son was in the process of contacting an environmental cleanup firm to remove the oil from the cellar. The Fire Chief had notified Mass. DEP of the oil-spill.I_advas.ed-V_[r_s_BissonL"-son that the house was uninhabitable until such iturned bask on.
