Re: 232 Massachusetts Avenue
Date: October 21, 1996
At about 5:30 PM I was called by the Fire Department to 232 Massachusetts Avenue. This
house is owned ana occupied by Mrs. Priscilla Bisson. The cellar was flooded with about
three feet of water and the fuel oil tank had started to float and the outlet pipe was broken
spilling the contents of the tank into the cellar. The Fire Department had turned off the
electricity to the building. Mrs. Bisson had moved in with relatives and her son was in the
process of contacting an environmental cleanup firm to remove the oil from the cellar. The
Fire Chief had notified Mass. DEP of the oil-spill.I_advas.ed-V_[r_s_BissonL"-son that the
house was uninhabitable until such iturned
bask on.
No follow up is required by the B r-1 ite when
Mrs. Bisson can return to her hornlz e- A

house was uninhabitable until such , .; , turned
back on.
No follow up is required by the Board of Health in that common sense will dictate when
Mrs. Bisson can return to her home.
