Andover, MA 01845 Zoning Board of Appeals Town of N. Andover 120 Main St. N. Andover, MA 01845 RE: Requested Variance, Hillside Road Minimum Area R-6 Dear Board Members, Lillian Serio and Jeanne Callahan, sisters, are third generation occupants of this property and both have lived on this land all their lives. The 2.34 acres that are being considered for development are bordered by an existing neighborhood along Route 114; frontage on Hillside Road including the homes of the owners; wetland to the rear of the property, and by Mr. Annoloro who is not prepared to develop his land at this time. Only 10 homes are planned for the open field behind the owners houses consisting of lots of at least 5,000 sq ft, recommended by the Planning Board and adopted by the Town meeting to encourage the construction of reasonably priced housing in the town. This proposal is also consistent with the Master Plan of the Planning Board relative to the overall R-6 zoning scheme. Please consider our request for a variance based on the above conditions. Thank -you. If you have any questions, please call me at (508) 687-1128 or (508) 975-1420. Regards, Thomas D. Laudani cc: K.
