The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr., Chairman, Alfred Frizel.le, Vice-chairman, William Sullivan, Raymond Vivenzio and Anna O'Connor. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on July 10 and July 17, 1986 and all abutters were notified by regular mail.
