Paragraph 7.3 and Table 2 of the Zoning ByLaws so as to permit relief from front yard set back, only have 28.8' and bylaw requires 30'. The following members were present and voting: Frank -Serio, Jr., Chairman, Augustine Nickerson, Clerk, William Sullivan, Raymond Vivenzio and Anna O'Connor. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on July 23 and July 30, 1987 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Attorney Frederick Keyes represented the petitioner. Upon a motion made by Mr. Sullivan and seconded by Mr. Nickerson, the Board voted to GRANT the variance as requested. The vote was unanimous. The Board finds that the petitioner has satisfied the provisions of Section 10, Para- graph 10.4 of the Zoning ByLaws and the granting of this variance will not derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning ByLaws nor will it adversely affect the neighborhood.
