The following members were present and voting: William J. Sullivan, Vice-chairman, Walter Soule, Clerk, Robert Ford, John Pallone and Scott Karpinski. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on July 20 and 27, 1994 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon motion by Mr. Soule and seconded by Mr. Ford the Board voted unanimously to GRANT the variance as requested. The Board finds that the petitioner has satisfied the provisions of Section 10, Paragraph 10.4 of the Zoning Bylaw and that the granting of chis variance 'will not adversely affect the neighborhood or derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning Bylaw.
