Code. Whiting Turner was the construction contractor for the Project, and S/D was the engineer of record. Additionally, the Project underwent a Structural Peer Review by Daigle Engineers, Inc. in accordance with 780 CMR, 6`h Edition, Article i 10. 11. Certified reports documenting their review were provided directly to you by Daigle Engineers, Inc. In addition, I prepared a workplan for a program of structural tests and inspections to be performed during the Project construction phase. I reviewed shop drawings and structural tests and inspection field QA/QC Reports, in accordance with 780 CMR 1705.0, and visited the site to become generally familiar with the progress and quality of the work and to determine that the work was performed in a manner consistent with the construction documents.
