Please be advised that there may be an issue of parking problems due to ail overly congested parking area
located at 265-267 Middlesex St.
There is also ail issue of the 3 rd floor being used as part of the 2 d floor apartment which is out of
compliance with the requirement for a special permit and conflicts with any fire or safety requirements.
The 3"' floor use is not in compliance with the intent suggested in your letter of 8/11/98 regarding same.
The petitioner Rosemarie N. Arone, was represented by her fiancdc Vincent Grasso, who chose to
withdraw the petition without prejudice.

With regards to the property located at 265-267 Nliddlesex st., the conversation of this
building from a two family to a three family necessitates the installation of a sprinkler
system. In addition a hard -wired smoke smoke detector system would be required.
This would be in accordance with the building code 780 cmr, article 9 .
With regards to the proposed storage sheds at the airport, the Fire Department would
both a sprinkler and a fire alarm system . There is a facility currently in town which has
both systems. The Fire Department would be available should there be any questions
