A copy of the same is enclosed. 2. Tbereafter, a Notice was recorded at the Essex North District Registry of Deeds at book 1558, Page 5 on January 21, 1982, citing that an agreement between Maine A. Scribner and Richard F. Jones and the Town of North Andover had been violated. A copy of the same is enclosed.
