The -following members were present and voting: Edmonds William, J. Sullivan,�* Vice-chairman, Walter Soule, Clerk, Robert Ford, John Pallone and Scott Karpinski. The hearing- was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on July 20 and 27, 1994 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion by Mr. Soule and seconded by Mr. Pallone, the Board Voted unanimously to GRANT the Special Permit as requested.
