October 16, 1986 William & Cqra McMillan 28 Rock Road North Andover, MA 01845 Petition #25-87 The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Tuesday evening, October 14, 1986 upon the application of William & Cora McMillan. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on September 18 and September 25, 1986 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. The following members were present and voting: Alfred Frizelle, Vice-chairman, Augustine Nickerson Clerk, William Sullivan, Walter Soule and Raymond Vivenzio. The petitioner seeks a variance from the requirements of Section 7, Paragraph 7.3 and Table 2 of the Zoning ByLaws so as to permit a wooden open deck to remain too close to the rear lot line, 27 feet, more or less', located on the premises at 28 Rock Road. Upon a motion made by Mr. Sullivan and seconded by Mr. Nickerson, the Board voted to GRANT the variance of Section 7, Paragragh 7.3 and T ' able 2 of the Zoning ByLaws in order to let the wooden ope.n deck remain as is. The vote was unanimous to GRANT this variance, as requested.
