Health Issues / Concerns
I have had squirrels in my apartment for the last 3 months. They leave droppings and blood stains on the back of the
ceiling tiles which then drop into the apartment and are very noisy This poses a health hazard. It is not only unsanitary,
it unpleasant to live with. I have talked to the landlord two times regarding this issue and he had someone come on
March 2nd to fix the problem but it still persists.[ also sent a letter as my next attempt at resolving this issue but did not
get a response. Kindly advice me on the appropdate departments that can help resolve this issue

Health Issues / Concerns
Sean McCarthy, tenant at 28 Saunders Street 978.390.8469. Complaint includes leak underneath kitchen sink, squirrels
entering into bathroom through hole in the roof, mold in kitchen and bathroom. Landlord has been made aware of the
issues and has not responded. Would like the Health Inspector to follow up with the issues. Tenant works nights so
requests he is called in the morning. Landlord is Mohamed Markovich (spelling?) who resides at 32 Saunders St.

For the week ending 11/26:
Completed tasks
1 -Leak under sink in the kitchen fixed new pipes and new faucet
2 -Ceiling in the kitchen leveled and painted
3 -bathroom ceiling replaced with new ceiling tiles
4 -shower head replaced
5 -we are working on the gutter now to fix the gap outside on the roof
Next week tasks:
-Replace the living room light
-Fix the kitchen light
