The variance is needed because of the setback requirement of 30 feet for the R-4 zoming district our homes are zoned . The variance requested is for a rear setback of 4 feet for the 14 foot by 26 foot addition and a 12 foot side setback for a shed and 27 foot rear setback for the shed. The shed will be 8xI 0 feet. I have been able to speak to many of you regarding the addition and the variance needed to construct the addition. Allison and I hope you will support our request.
