The hear . ing was advertised in the Lawrence Eagle TrIbune on 7.27.96 and 8/1/96 and all abutter were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion by Walter Soule and seconded by John 2allone, the Board voted unanimously to Grant the Variance and Special Permit as requested The petitioner has satisfied the provisions of Section 10, Paragraph 10.4 of the Zoning Bylaw and that the granting of these variances will not adversely affect the neighborhood or derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning By law. The Board finds that the applicant has satisfied the provisions of section 9, paragraph. 9.1 of the Zoning Bviaw and that such change, extensiori or alteration shall not be substantially more detrimental than the existing non -conforming structure to the neighborhood. Note: The granting of the Variance and/or Special Pe=mit as requested by the applicant does not necessarily ensure the granting of a Building perniit as the applicant must abide by all applicable local, state and federal building codes and regulations, Prior to the issuance of a build.ing pe=mit as required by the Building Comrmissioner.
