Bylaw so as to permit relief of 2,295 sq,ft. and 35 fet for the
area and frontage on Lot 3 Union Street, relief of 35 feet for
the frontage on Lot 4 Union Street and relief of 1,837 sq. ft for
the area and 24.27 feet for the frontage,and relief of 11 feet
for the porch and relief of 10.5 feet for the garage side setback
on Lot 5 Union Street. The following members were present and
voting: Walter Soule, Vice-chairman, Robert Ford, Clerk, John
Pallone and Scott Karpinski.
The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on July
20 and 27, 1994 and all abutters were notified by regular mail.
The Board finds that the petitioner has satisfied the provisions
of Section 10, Paragraph 10.4 of the Zoning Bylaw and that this
variance may be granted without substantial detriment to the
public good and without nullifying or substantially derogating
